As a new student, you will be notified when to enroll by the Admissions Office.
You must schedule an appointment with your academic advisor prior registering for classes. Once courses have been selected and signed by your academic advisor, you may proceed to register online on your scheduled registration date. An email will be sent to your official university email at sunmail.albizu.edu. You are encouraged to look at the current academic calendar for registration deadlines. If you have been placed on academic probation or financial aid warning, you are required to register in person. You are encouraged to pay all tuition fees on the day you register.
Your registration will not be considered official until all fees have been paid at the Finance Office. If you are a student planning to start your pre-doctoral internship, all of your academic and practicum requirements must have been completed prior to registering for internship. You are encouraged to meet with your advisor and/or Director of Field Placement to ensure your eligibility and final authorization for registration at least two academic sessions prior to commencing internship.
If you are requesting a Leave of Absence (LOA) from Doctoral Project or Dissertation or Clinical Practicum, you must first seek approval from the corresponding Program Director and/or Coordinator.
Non-Degree Seeking Student is a classification given to a student who does not intend to obtain an academic degree from the University.. If you are admitted under this status, you may enroll for a maximum of twelve (12) credit hours. If you wish to change from a non-degree to a degree-seeking status, you must apply through the Admissions Office. Registration fees and institutional policies for non-degree students are the same as those for degree-seeking students.
Registration by Fax/Mail/Third Party:
If you are required to register in person and you are unable to bring the approved registration form to the Office of the Registrar, you may send the form via fax, mail or have it submitted by a second party. For the latter option, proper identification and authorization from the student is required.
